Refund policy
To start a refund request on an order, contact us at 24thegoldenfamily@gmail.com within the first 15 days of receiving your delivery to meet our 15 day refund policy. That is, 15 days after order fulfilment. We are not responsible for lost packages once shipping has commenced. You (the buyer) will have to contact the shipping company for further assistance.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an option to return items/s.
To be eligible for a refund, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged. If possible, provide us with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. You’ll also need the order receipt and proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve investigated your request, we will then let you know if the refund was approved or not. We are not required to approve a refund request. If your request is approved, you’ll be asked to confirm your preferred deposit method for your refund. You will be refunded 30% from the total cost of your order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
